Highlands Christian has carried the bat of Jason Hepple all season long and Thursday it was Hepple’s grand slam that led the Knights to an 8-3 District 14-1A final win.

Flanagan beat the West Broward with their bats, gloves, and on the mound to win the 12-6A District Title. On Tuesday they will host South Plantation in a regional quarterfinal game.

Pembroke Pines Charter beat Olympic Heights by mercy-rule on Monday and will face Archbishop McCarthy at 7pm on Tuesday.

Piper uses late rally to get by Hollywood Hills. Alen Arslanyan went 3-4, including a go ahead two-run single in the sixth, and stole two bases.
