Rain kept the action light across the county, but here’s a look at some of the games that were played…
Monsignor Pace 6, St. Thomas 1 – Christian Demby went 2-for-4, and Pat Brundage went 1-for-2 for the Raiders as they fell in the fifth-place game of the Falcons BSN Challenge.
Cooper City 6, Hollywood Hills 0 – Joey Cutrone allowed no hits while striking our four in five innings pitched as the Cowboys earned their first win of the season. Nicholas Saltare had two hits, including a double, and drove in two runs, and Hunter Kelly added two hits.
Sagemont 5, Zion Lutheran 4 – Cole Conn went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs to pace the Lions in the loss.
