Michael Perugini drove in two runs, including the game-winner in the seventh to give Coral Springs Charter a 3-2 win over North Broward Prep in a 4A-14 matchup Monday. The Panthers are in second place in the district at 1-1 with the win as they improved to 2-1 overall. The Eagles are right behind them also at 1-1. The win was crucial for Charter, which has three consecutive district games following this one. The next is Thursday at University School.
