Mike Grey had four hits, including two doubles and also drove in two runs and scored two to help Coral Glades remain undefeated at 5-0 with an 8-1 win over Everglades. The win gives the Jaguars momentum heading into a slate of three consecutive district games against Deerfield Beach, Douglas and Taravella.

Zack Kone had three hits, including a double and grand slam, scoring three runs and driving in five as Pine Crest earned a big win over South Broward to break a two-game losing streak.

In the longest game of the night, Piper continued their hot start to the season, outlasting district rival Cooper City in nine innings.
