Best feeling baseball ever gave me: Westminster Senior Nights in 2016 & 2017. In 2016, we had a senior throw a perfect game. In 2017, we had a senior hit a walk-off home run in his last at-bat.

Worst feeling baseball ever gave me: Every year when it is time to say goodbye to my boys, especially my seniors.

Biggest mistake I have made as a coach: Early in my career thinking that coaching was actually about wins and losses.
